Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Damaged or used products
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain earrings may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Secure packaging is recommended for all return shipments.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
